This poster is audience towards teenagers and above. The poster is bold and bright to give out the information that people want to know. The poster informs readers which bands will be playing at the reading festival. This changes how the poster is laid out as its more of a list, rather than a paragraph of text talking about one band. The language used is mainly just a few words. E.g for the place, they put `Leeds' rather than taking up a line just for the place of which it will be held. This text exerts power from the different boldness of text and how it is used against the back gound.

The audience of this poster is to all of the public passing by. The poster is made clear and bold so that all ages are able to understand it, even for the young. The purpose of the poster is to catch the eye of people and inform them what to do with their litter. Having the image of a man pointing towards a bin instantly gives the idea that its telling us to bin/recycle rather than dropping it on the street. The poster has its own saying/slogan "Bin it don't sling it!" which helps gets the point across on what they want people to do.

This menu is set to audience children in restaurants. This has been deigned for the children to enjoy to look at and interact with. The purpose is to make the lay out simple for children to follow, and even entertain them while at the table. It is made to inform the children which food is available for them to have at the restaurant in a simple manner. The layout of the menu is very clear for the children to understand and read. Also having the images at a large scale, the children may find it easier to choose from the images if they have struggle reading.

The audience of this is all shoppers, this can be ages of 12+. This is to persuade people to reduce the amount of plastic bags that they used. The format of this is just clear and bold so that they send their point across and so that people from a large age range is able to understand this.
The persuasive technique they are using is listing the main negatives of what happens when we use plastic bags. The writer exerts power into sentences by making them sound nearly dramatic and at this scale, it gets into peoples minds that this is a thing we must change.
